Hello {INSERT NAME},
I'm reaching out as a member of the Recording Academy New York Chapter. On Thursday, October 27th, our chapter will host a Day of Service for all its members located across the northeastern United States, Eastern Canada and Western Europe.
The Day of Service celebrates the power of our member community as we give back in our own neighborhoods with an organization or cause that's important to us. As part of the program, I would like to learn more about volunteering at {INSERT ORGANIZATION’S NAME} that day. You do wonderful work all year round, and I would love to lend a hand. Would it be possible to connect briefly in the next couple days to discuss this?
Best,
{YOUR NAME}
